Democracy only works when everyday people show up.
When we began organizing Activist Evenings, An Indivisible Group, we thought it was going to be a sprint to defeat Trump. We got help throwing together a website and muddled through setting up communication. The sprint has turned into an ultra marathon! Our goal is to continue building community and together strengthening opposition to the self-dealing, traitorous billionaires intent on tearing down democracy.

Our Commitment
to Nonviolence
Like the national organization, Indivisible, Activist Evenings in Brookline is committed to non-violence as a guiding principle in everything we do, rejecting political violence and intimidation, regardless of source or target. History has shown that enduring transformation is founded on trust, unity, and self-control, even—and especially—when others seek to undermine those values.

But we're still watching.
